We love big furry families! Our pricing scales with your pack or clowder:

• Essential Care: $25 (1-2 pets) +$5 each add. cat/dog | $35 cap for 4 pets

• Complete Care: $35 (1-2 pets) +$7 each add. cat/dog | $45 cap for 4 pets

• Premium Care: $50 (1-2 pets) +$10 each add. cat/dog | $65 caps for 4 pets

• Other Pets: Small pets (rabbits, birds, hamsters): +$3 each
  Fish & aquatic pets: Included free!
  

  5+ pets? we provide personalized quotes starting at $45 (Essential), $55 (Complete), or $80 (Premium) per visit based on your pets’ specific needs and care requirements.

• Holiday Pet Care surcharge on top of Base-Price: +20%

• Early/late visits (before 7am) or (after 9pm): +$5

• Distance fees calculated from our North Austin base location to your address and back:

  • 8-15 miles (round trip): +$10 per visit

  • 16-20 miles (round trip): +$20 per visit

  • Service area limited to 20 miles to ensure reliable care

Payment Policy

Payment due before service begins to secure your booking. I accept:

• Digital payments (Zelle only): 5 days prior

• Cash (at first visit)

• Credit/debit cards: can be processed over phone on arrival or I can send you a secure payment link in advance

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Service Area

North Austin and surrounding areas. Distance fees apply for locations 8+ miles from my cozy abode.

Scheduling

• Early morning (before 7am): +$5

• Late night (after 9pm): +$5

• Holiday surcharge: +20%

Cancellation Policy

Pet Sitting Services

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund

• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Dog Walking Services

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund

• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Emergency Cancellations Documented medical emergencies or severe weather may qualify for adjusted refund terms at my discretion.

Service Modifications Changes to dates/times follow the same notice requirements as cancellations, subject to availability.

Holiday Bookings Holiday periods require 4 days notice and may have different refund structures due to high demand.
