Covers up to 45 minutes of focused tidying and spot cleaning; if more time is needed, standard cleaning rates apply (confirmed with you first).

HOW PRICING WORKS
Measured square footage. Pricing is based on actual measured square footage and assumes a home in routine upkeep. If a home is larger than stated or needs significantly more work, pricing moves to the correct tier — always with your confirmation first.
Deep cleans over two visits. Deep cleans and move in/out cleans are completed over two visits so every area gets full attention, scheduled at no extra cost to you.
Heavy-condition overage. $50/hr for each hour beyond standard time when a home needs significantly more work due to heavy buildup. Never applied without your confirmation.

I'm available Monday through Saturday. Sundays are reserved and not available for booking. To secure your preferred date and time, I recommend booking early — weekend and holiday-week slots tend to fill first.

Holiday Closure: Cleaning services are not available on recognized holidays (New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day). If your regular cleaning falls on a holiday, I'll reach out ahead of time to reschedule to the nearest available date that works for you.
Excessive cleaning overage: +$50/hr for each hour beyond the standard cleaning time for your home size. This applies when a home requires significantly more work due to heavy buildup, regardless of service tier.
Distance Fee (one-way; calculated from our Northwest Austin base location to your address, charged per cleaning):
Under 5 miles: No fee
5–7.5 miles: +$10 per cleaning
7.6–10 miles: +$20 per cleaning
10.1–12.5 miles: +$30 per cleaning
Service area limited to 12.5 miles one-way from my home base (about 25 miles round trip) to ensure reliable, on-time service.

Payment Policy
Standalone Home Cleaning Full payment is due immediately upon completion of any cleaning service. I accept:

Digital payments (Zelle only)
credit/debit cards, processed over the phone.
Your booking is confirmed only after the signed service agreement and any required deposit are received.
For recurring service clients, payment is expected at the completion of each cleaning appointment unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
Combined Pet Sitting + Home Cleaning Services When booking pet sitting + home cleaning together, full payment for both services is required upfront as one transaction, following the pet sitting payment policy.
Late Payment Policy
Payments not received within 48 hours of service completion may incur a late fee:
3-7 days late: 5% of the total invoice amount
8-14 days late: 10% of the total invoice amount
15+ days late: 15% of the total invoice amount, plus potential service suspension
Outstanding balances may affect future scheduling availability.
Excessive Cleaning Overage
Standard cleaning times are based on homes in routine upkeep. If a home requires significantly more time due to heavy buildup or condition, an overage rate of $50/hr applies to each hour beyond the standard time for your home size.
I will always notify you before proceeding past the standard time - by message during booking intake, in person before starting, or mid-job if conditions become clear once work is underway. Overage charges will never be applied without prior client confirmation.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of my cleaning service, please notify me within 24 hours of service completion, and I will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.

Cancellations made 48+ hours (2+ days) before scheduled service: No cancellation fee
Cancellations made 24-48 hours before scheduled service: 50% of service fee
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service: 100% of service fee will be charged
Deep Cleaning/Special Projects Due to the extended scheduling time required for deep cleaning services:
Cancellations made 72+ hours (3+ days) before scheduled service: No cancellation fee
Cancellations made 48-72 hours before scheduled service: 50% of service fee
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service: 100% of service fee will be charged
Combined Pet Sitting + Home Cleaning Services
Cancellation terms follow the pet sitting schedule since cleaning is performed during pet care visits
48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee for either service
24-48 hours notice: 50% fee for both services
Less than 24 hours: 100% fee for both services
Rescheduling Rescheduling requests follow the same timeframes as our cancellation policy. We will make every effort to accommodate schedule changes, subject to availability.
No-Shows If I arrive at your location and cannot enter the home due to your absence or incorrect access information, a fee of 75-80% of the scheduled service will be charged.
Holiday and Weekend Services Special holiday rates may apply for services scheduled on the following days:

Refunds Refunds are evaluated individually based on the specific circumstances of each situation.
