• 40 minutes Adventure:

  • 1-2 cats/dogs: $35

  • Each additional cat/dog: +$7

  • Each add. small pets (birds, rabbits, guinea pigs): +$5

  • Each add. tiny companion (hamsters, fish): +$3
    

• 60 minutes Adventure:

  • Standard 60 min: 1-2 cats/dogs: $45

  • Premium 60 min: 1-2 cats/dogs: $50 (for large dogs, high-energy pets, or special circumstances)

  • Each additional cat/dog: +$10

  • 3+ Pet Family Discount: Additional 10% off for households with 3+ pets

For long-term bookings and only valid for Pet Sitting:

• Bookings of 10-14 consecutive days: 10% off the total price

• For bookings of 15+ days: 15% off the total price

Payment Policy

Payment for all pet sitting services is required in full prior to the commencement of services. I accept cash, credit/debit cards, or mobile payments (Zelle) for your convenience. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation Policy

- Pet Sitting Services

A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the scheduled service start date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service:

• Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours: 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours: No refund will be issued

- Dog Walking Services

For dog walking services, a full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours (1 day) prior to the scheduled walk.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled dog walking service will not be eligible for a refund.

Emergency Cancellations

I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical emergencies or severe weather events that make service provision impossible or unsafe, the cancellation policy may be adjusted at my discretion.

Service Modifications

Requests to modify service dates or times must adhere to the same notice periods as my cancellation policy. I will accommodate changes when possible, subject to availability.

Holiday Bookings

Please note that holiday periods (listed in tab below) may be subject to extended cancellation notice requirements of 4 days and different refund structures due to high demand.
